Any and all damaged or unaccounted for rental equipment at load-out will result in a fee equal to its replacement. We reserve the right to exit the party location immediately and cancel your party due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price for the party. All set-up and breakdown MUST be done by The Happy Camper Team to insure our supplies are sanitized and packed away correctly. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
The Happy Camper Party will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by party guests. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused while The Happy Camper Party tents are on-site or during your party. Additionally, we will not be held liable for claims of personal injury or death while using our equipment. Clients have a duty to care for and to supervise the use of rental items in their possession. Please remember that our items are for children.
In order to keep our supplies in the condition in which they arrive, a non-smoking environment must be provided at all times during the tent rental. Please do your best to keep pets away from the rental items. Shoes are not allowed in the tents or on the air mattresses. Pets, food/candy and drinks are prohibited inside the tents.
At the time of delivery, we will provide the client a check-in list of all event supplies. It is the client's responsibility for all checked-in items to be ready for pick-up and in the same condition as they were upon delivery. If rental equipment is not available at agreed upon time of pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
The Happy Camper Party reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any of our promotional media. We will never use your personal information with these photos. If you would like an image removed, please contact us immediately via email or text. We would love to see your pics! Pets, makeup, food/candy and drinks are prohibited inside the tents. Any lightly damaged or stained property will result in a penalty charge of $50 plus a $75 cleaning fee for each item. Any items requiring replacement due to stains or damages will result in a fee equal to its replacement cost.
